How we work together
- Maya Angelou

Individuals
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down and explore the emotional and relational patterns that shape your life. Many people come to this work after noticing that certain experiences or relationships seem to repeat in ways that leave them feeling disconnected, uncertain, or alone.
Often these patterns formed long ago, before there were words to understand them. In therapy, we take the time to look closely at these experiences with curiosity and care. As understanding deepens, many people begin to relate to themselves and others with greater clarity and steadiness.
My approach is relational and trauma-informed, grounded in depth psychology and attachment theory. Together, we explore the emotional themes that surface in your life, the moments that feel confusing or painful, and the ways these experiences continue to shape how you move through the world.
Over time, this work allows space for greater self-understanding, stronger boundaries, and a more grounded sense of self.
Relationships
Relationships often bring forward emotional patterns that can be difficult to understand from the inside. Many people notice recurring tensions, misunderstandings, or moments of disconnection that seem to repeat despite their best intentions.
In relational work, we slow down and look closely at the emotional dynamics that unfold between people. These patterns are rarely random; they often reflect earlier experiences of attachment, expectations of closeness, and ways of protecting ourselves from vulnerability.
Therapy offers a thoughtful space to explore these dynamics with care. As insight deepens, couples and individuals often begin to recognize the patterns shaping their interactions and develop new ways of relating that feel more secure, honest, and connected.
This work is steady and reflective. Over time, relationships can begin to feel less reactive and more grounded in mutual understanding.

Groups
Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to explore relational patterns within a supportive and thoughtfully guided setting. In group, the ways we experience ourselves with others often become visible in real time, creating powerful opportunities for insight and growth.
As participants share their experiences and respond to one another, new perspectives begin to emerge. Many people find that group work deepens their understanding of how they relate to others while fostering a greater sense of connection and belonging.
Groups are offered periodically and focus on themes related to emotional insight, relational dynamics, and personal growth. Many people find that group work becomes one of the most meaningful parts of their therapeutic journey.
